We work exclusively with high-quality materials and select partners. On top of that, our comprehensive quality control process guarantees that all items undergo extensive testing before they ever leave the factory. If something's not right, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period.
Lilienthal Lifestyle GmbH provides a 2-year global manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase in cases of material and manufacturing defects. This manufacturer's warranty is granted without prejudice to the statutory warranty claims. The warranty covers issues relating to functionality and impeccable craftsmanship. Issues not covered by the warranty include wear and tear as well as damage arising from accidents or improper use. Problems with batteries as well as scratches and glass breakage are also excluded from the warranty for our watches. Within the warranty period, we will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge.
If something cannot be repaired, we will offer to replace it with a comparable model. Liability for incidental and consequential damage is excluded.
