Shipping policy

1. Scope of Application

These provisions apply to orders placed via the Seller’s online shop.

2. Delivery Countries

The countries currently served are listed in the shipping matrix (see below) and are updated on an ongoing basis. Deliveries are made exclusively to these countries.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs per country and service (standard/express, etc.) are set out in the shipping matrix (see below). In addition, the checkout displays the costs specifically calculated for the selected delivery address.

Prevailing Amount: If, due to technical reasons, there is any discrepancy between the matrix and the checkout, the amount shown in the checkout shall prevail; the matrix will be updated without undue delay.

The shipping service providers currently used per country/service are shown in the shipping matrix. We reserve the right to select or change an equivalent service provider within the same service class (for example standard/express); this does not result in any additional costs for the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are set out in the shipping matrix (see below) and displayed in the checkout. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or public holidays do not give rise to liability; statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Pre-Orders / Backorders and Date Information

For pre-order/backorder items, an estimated availability or delivery date may be displayed. This information is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding commitment or guarantee. Shipment takes place once the goods are available. In the event of a material delay, the customer will be informed; statutory rights (in particular withdrawal or rescission in accordance with the law) remain unaffected.

6. Partial Deliveries (Split Shipments)

The Seller is entitled to ship orders in multiple parcels. This does not result in any additional shipping costs for the customer. Separate shipping confirmations may be issued.

7. Address Details and Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer; for PayPal payments, the address stored with PayPal may be decisive. The customer must provide complete and accurate address details. Additional costs resulting from incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery are borne by the customer if attributable to the customer.

8. Customs and Import (Outside the EU)

For deliveries to non-EU countries (other than UK and Switzerland), customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

9. Tracking

Where available, the customer will receive shipment tracking by email after the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider.

10. Undeliverable Shipments / Returns to Sender

If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer and is returned to the Seller, the Seller will inform the customer. Reshipment will take place after clarification of the address details; additional shipping costs may apply.

11. Legal Framework

In all other respects, the Seller’s General Terms and Conditions apply. Provisions regarding withdrawal, return shipping costs, and return labels are governed exclusively by the “Returns & Refunds (Withdrawal)” policy.
